  1. Identify, hire, & help manage key business partners in product requirement areas such as usability/human factors and in product launch areas such as PR and marketing agencies.
  2. Work with the CEO and sales leadership to create key commercial & operations plans, including processes & strategies for distribution, contracting, business planning, sales comp., forecasting, budgeting, & goals.
  3. Conduct market analyses to track competitive activities and provide recommendations for market opportunities in new clinical spaces & regions.
  4. Develop & execute an extensive primary market research program to provide market validation, well-defined customer needs, product requirements, early product feedback, clinical evidence, & a well-established KOL program prior to/ after product launch.
  5. Work with the Executive team in strategic planning, organizational development, budgeting, & fundraising efforts. Drive product & market focus and lead the launch of the company & its products.
  6. Lead the business in the product definition, customer validation, placement, & adoption of novel medical/digital health devices; educate the broader team on key commercial processes & insights.
